We work closely with Myerscough College to provide its students with excellent healthcare. You will need to register at our practice and then you can organise appointments at our surgery via support staff in The Core, who will arrange transport if required. You are also able to phone and attend the surgery independently if you wish.

Read about Summary Care Records and how this may affect you. Please complete the consent form and return it to the Surgery as soon as possible.
You are also invited to register for Online services (Patient Access and the myGP app) which allows you to book appointments, order presciptions and access your medical record online. Please view our Online services page for more details. If you would like to register for this service, please submit your application form, together with two forms of ID, to the Surgery along with your Summary Care Record consent form. Please ensure that you have read our patient information leaflet prior to submitting your application.
