ZERO TOLERANCE

The practice adopts the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy on violent/abusive/aggressive behaviour. We expect all of our staff members, who come to work to care for others, to be treated with courtesy and respect.

Aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public within our Practice premises will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes verbal abuse over the telephone as well as face to face.

Any patient who fails to abide by this policy will be removed from the patient list in order to safeguard practice staff, patients and others.

We ask for your co-operation in making sure this surgery remains a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and patients.
