If you live here, or are moving into this area, you are welcome to apply to register with our practice.

We are always pleased to welcome new patients. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are asking patients to not attend the surgery unless absolutely necessary. You can therefore apply to register as a new patient online by completing our registration form. It is important that the form is fully completed for each member of your family. It is often several weeks before we receive your medical records and the form enables us to assess any immediate or long-term needs you may have, as well as obtaining basic details regarding your own and family history.

As you may be aware, the government has stipulated that all patients must have a Named GP. Dr Emma Tinline will be the Named GP for all new patients registered online after 1st April 2020. Please note that this is a government requirement but we do not run individual GP lists at our surgery; patients may see any of the doctors. All the doctors have access to your patient records and at all times can view the care you have most recently received from another doctor or nurse within the practice and they liaise with each other closely with regards to patient care as necessary.
