We welcome patient feedback, whether positive or negative, to help improve the service we provide to patients.

 

Friends and Family Test

You are invited to participate in the anonymous 'Friends and Family test', either by SMS by texting 9293 to 07800 001234, or through feedback forms available in reception or you can complete the test online. You are also able to share your experiences on the NHS.uk website. We do ask if you have a complaint to initially please put this in writing to our Practice Management team, to allow us to be able to fairly investigate and respond appropriately.

 

July 2022

96% of patients were either 'extremely likely' or 'likely' to recommend our services. Comments include:

'Receptionist was great and very helpful, nurses likewise. All of them were courteous and professional, a credit to the surgery.'

'Friendly receptionist. Saw two informative and caring nurses who were fab at their job and put us at ease. Thorough check up with GP who was fantastic with my little girl.'

'I have always had excellent service from this surgery and nothing is too trouble just like a doctors should be.'

'The service I have received in the 15 months I have been a patient with GMP has always been of a high standard, and much better than that experienced when I was a patient in another practice.'

'They are supportive, helpful and have helped me to go from being overweight and unhealthy to much more healthy and losing weight.'

 

June 2022

'Simply thorough professionalism. Was also very good to be able to talk to a medical professional and be given extremely helpful advice, in a calm situation. Also fitted in an extra procedure which the hospital had told me would happen at the same time. Thank you.'

'Because the care I have received from the Dr's nurses and general staff has been second to none.'

'Staff are always helpful and friendly. Nurse and student both welcoming with me and my toddler who is wary of the doctors surgery. Great information given. Also used pharmacy today. Again great helpful advice and friendly staff even when very busy.'

When they say they are going to call you back they do as well, and if you miss a call they leave voicemails in detail and that's very hard to come by.
