We welcome patient feedback, whether positive or negative, to help improve the service we provide to patients.

 

Friends and Family Test

You are invited to participate in the anonymous 'Friends and Family test', either by SMS by texting 9293 to 07800 001234, or through feedback forms available in reception. You are also able to share your experiences on the NHS.uk website. We do ask if you have a complaint to initially please put this in writing to our Practice Management team, to allow us to be able to fairly investigate and respond appropriately.

The booking system at 8am was easy to access and the staff were helpful. The doctor listened and explained solutions to my symptoms. Reception were helpful when booking an additional blood test.

GP was very approachable, analysed issues thoroughly, set out options clearly and was empathetic.

The GP listened carefully, asked perceptive questions, gave intelligent answers and was reassuring about a problem I had. He followed up with a phone call with more information. Perfect!

Excellent service from the new telephone system, pleasant, helpful lady to spoke to me and an appointment today with an extremely helpful and pleasant doctor. Couldn't be better served. Thank you.

Dr was very professional and thorough on my last appointment. Prior to that nurse practitioner was also very attentive and displayed genuine interest and concern. The phlebotomist has taken blood from me twice recently and I have been very relaxed, and the procedure went smoothly. The receptionists both face to face and during the initial contact were friendly helpful well organised and welcoming.
