Friends and Family Test
You are invited to participate in the anonymous 'Friends and Family test', either by SMS by texting 9293 to 07800 001234, or through feedback forms available in reception or online here. You are also able to share your experiences on the NHS website at http://www.nhs.uk. We do ask if you have a complaint to initially please put this in writing to our Practice Management team, to allow us to be able to fairly investigate and respond appropriately.

Wonderful doctors. Receptionist always polite. I like being able to book online. But, the doctor who refers you should be handed your report from the hospital.
