Late Arrivals Policy

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will not be able to check in via the touch screen. You will need to report to the reception desk, the receptionist will check with the clinician if they are still able to see you and advise as appropriate.

We will always try to accommodate where possible however please note this might be at the end of the surgery.
