July 2017 Friends and Family Result

During the month of July, 95% of patients surveyed would be either ‘Extremely likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend our surgery to their family and friends. Feedback received includes:

‘Friendly polite professional staff who treat you as an individual person. Effective and efficient appointment system enables same day appointments’

‘Reception staff are polite and helpful, Doctors are patient and informative, I feel like I'm being taken seriously’

‘The very Best......great and very helpful receptionists, friendly and patient doctors who always go the extra mile if they can.....my whole family ( Husband , 3 sons and myself) have had superb treatment since 1989 when we first moved here.) Many thanks .’

June 2017 Friends and Family Result

We have recieved excellent feedback during June, 100% of patients surveyed would be either ‘Extremely likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend our surgery to their family and friends. Feedback received includes:

"Found it easier to get an appointment for the same day and I like the new system, where you wait in a different area .I thought it was quick and efficient."

"Room to park , no fees for parking , nice and friendly receptionist and nurse , nothing bad to say"

"Best: very friendly doctors and nurses. Good: short waiting time, flexibility with appointments, morning, noon, afternoon are all possible. Bad: I can't think of anything"


May 2017 Friends and Family Result

During the month of May, 98% of patients surveyed would be either ‘Extremely likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend our surgery to their family and friends. Feedback received includes:

“Extremely good practice first class service- not experienced anything poor in all the time being registered there”

“Helpful doctors with time to listen. Got an appointment within a couple of days”

“Compassionate GP's and all Admin staff are friendly! No negatives”

“The best things were: I called in as a visitor and was seen within 15 mins, Doctor was pleasant and helpful, I was asked to return next day and given an appointment, For second appointment I was seen within 5 minutes and again from doctor pleasant and helpful, No negative points even though practice suffering from post-cyber attack.”


April 2017 Friends and Family Result

We are pleased to report that during the month of April, 95% of patients surveyed would be either ‘Extremely likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend our surgery to their family and friends. Feedback received includes:

"Prompt and efficient response to booking appointments especially for patients like me who work full time. The doctors and nurses listen and engage with you and provide an effective treatment and follow up e.g referral to hospital. I have no negative comments to make."

"I can always manage to see a GP when needed. All GPs are so nice. Lovely building and carpark."

"I have not found any bad aspects to the practice, everyone has always been very friendly professional and helpful"

"Although the appointment is only 15 minutes the Drs will often over run in an effort to listen, understand and put a plan in place."

"I am very happy with the service we receive. We can always get an appointment with a practice nurse or doctor. And the follow up hospital bookings are always quick and efficient. I try to keep to one doctor and find Dr McKimmie fantastic"

"Very professional and the staff are very helpful"

"Friendly staff and waiting time for appointments are always quick"


Feburary 2017 Friends and Family Result

We have recieved excellent feedback during February, 99% of patients surveyed would be either ‘Extremely likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend our surgery to their family and friends. Feedback received includes:

"The surgery is just the best. Number 1 you can get appointment within 2 hours the same day from 8 30.
The staff are superb and through my life threatening condition all plus chemist have been fantastic.The car park is often full but can't really think of a negative"

"Today was great. I phoned for an appointment, got one the same day, no waiting in the waiting room and the Doctor was fab"

"The best thing is that the staff are always pleasant and helpful and the only down side is the parking problem which is by know means a reflection on the practice"

"The Best things are the practice is near to home, Friendly people there to help, Everything under one roof and Doctors are very nice,"

"Amazingly easy to get an appointment with a doctor when urgent.
'Routine' visits to a specific doctor less easy.
I think their system works well. Always happy with whichever doctor or nurse available.
The medical help available at this surgery is, in my opinion, excellent."

"I can only list the best. I find no worst now. Best:  a charming and caring Dr who despite a very hard schedule had time to answer all my questions and to reassure me and who remembered me and a very complex story. Excellent administration ladies.  Efficient  and very caring."
